Who we are
SLV Glass is the trade name of All Around Glass LLP, a family glass shop in Del Norte, Colorado serving the San Luis Valley since 1995. This policy covers this website, slvglass.net. You can reach us any time at (719) 588-7057.
What we collect
We only receive information you choose to send us: the name, phone number, email, address, and project details you enter in our contact or estimate form, and — only if you request an AI design preview — the description and optional photo you submit for it. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect information as you browse beyond the standard technical logs our website host keeps to run and secure the site.
Our contact form
The estimate form on this website is provided by a third-party form service (SmartGlazier). When you submit the form, your details are passed to SLV Glass so we can respond with an estimate. We use your information only to answer your request and schedule work — we never sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists. The form service processes submissions under its own terms; if you prefer, you can always call us directly at (719) 588-7057 instead of using the form.
AI shower and window previews
When you request an AI shower or window preview, your description, chosen design options, and submitted bathroom or home photo are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to the image-generation provider to create your preview. Only submit photos you have permission to use; avoid people and personal documents.
Temporary photos and previews
We do not save these photos or generated previews to this website. They remain visible during your visit and you can download the finished preview. AI service providers process the request under their own privacy and data-handling terms. Temporary handling on this website does not guarantee immediate deletion by an AI provider.
Your consent and choices
Photos are sent for AI processing only after you agree and request a preview. A bathroom photo is optional; a house photo is required for a window preview. You can remove or replace your photo before requesting a preview, or contact SLV Glass instead of using AI. If you have shared information through the form and want it corrected or removed, call us and we will take care of it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run advertising trackers and does not sell data. Your browser may store standard settings so the site remembers your choices during your visit. The embedded contact form is served by the form provider and may use its own essential cookies to function.
Concepts, not installation plans
AI previews are approximate and are not quotes, measurements, installation plans, or performance guarantees. SLV Glass must confirm glass appearance, dimensions, hardware, safety requirements, and feasibility. A window image cannot verify insulation, Low-E performance, or noise reduction.
